Wedge in the era of rapid industrialisation and experiencing massive economic growth, Tlatelolco complex was being conceived with the idea of improving the standard of living and eradicate poverty out of this important strip within the city.
However there is lack human activities and participation within the site and that is extremely apparent in the public space to the extent of decaying.
The project seeks to be a deliberate attempt to address this accelerating decay of the public space.
