My project questions how we can govern change in order to capture value in a territory. It does this through combining policy and space in order to reorganizing relationships to provoke negotiations.
The development of surveying and analyzing techniques using Landsat data, allow for a more specific spatial articulation of manufacturing policies, to contribute an architectural point of view to the study of the distribution of human activities and their interaction with the environment.
