The intention of this project is to create a corporate landmark in the context of Brussels for Infrastructural industry in Europe. This corporate landmark is to bring scattered corporations particularly railway industry in serving their need for strong collaboration for short term and long term infrastructural projects across Europe. Taking advantage of Brussels as the lobbying ground for European corporations as well as a hub of economic route, the city is chosen as the base for these corporations. The main idea of this project is the adoption of the urban square typology as the basis of design as urban squares have been a collective space that is accustomed to the culture of Brussels and most importantly as potential means in creating landmark and focal point in the city. Hence this square serves its role by other than extending the network of squares to the outer layer of the city, it also holds a new landmark for corporations in Europe that contribute an identity to the corporations as well as to the city.
