The Phase 1 cohort of eight students is currently designing and constructing a pair of student accommodation lodges. The Lodges project is extending the strategies tested in Term 1 into the design of a real building. The brief for the Lodge project is to provide 4 student accommodation bedrooms, and simple bathroom and kitchen facilities. The project is a vehicle through which each student is developing and researching their Design & Make thesis. Within the team, each student has a individual engagement in the project.
